IRISO's FPC/FFC connectors feature a trademarked locking feature, Auto I-Lock™. This auto lock engagement feature does not require secondary operation, such as a slider or flip lock after FFC insertion. The provided Auto I-Lock™ mechanism will engage the FFC into the correct mating position automatically and hold the FFC withstanding against extraction forces from every direction. To remove the FFC from the housing, there is a push-button to release the locked FFC.

IRISO's proprietary Z-Move™ technology is designed to accommodate the motion that causes fretting contacts. The mated contact is often damaged by fretting caused by resonated PCB's vibration. Z-Move™ terminals are designed to keep steady contact. IRISO also offers vibration analysis to our customer's specification. Our talented engineers then present the findings to provide the customer with knowledge for a successful partnership.
